בעלת תואר ראשון בסוציולוגיה, תואר שני בלימודי עבודה ותואר שלישי בחינוך באוניברסיטת תל-אביב. מנהלת שתי יחידות אקדמיות: היחידה ללמידה אקדמית מקוונת Virtual TAU והיחידה לחיזוי טכנולוגי.

עוסקת ומתמחה במחקרים העוסקים בתחום חיזוי טכנולוגי, טכנולוגיות בחינוך, שוק העבודה העתידי ומקצועות העתיד. עוסקת בפיתוח תחומי ידע והכשרות נדרשות בשוק עבודה משתנה והטמעת חדשנות טכנולוגית בארגונים בדגש על למידה מבוססת רשת (E-Learning).

במסגרת עבודתה משמשת כיועצת למקבלי החלטות במשרדי ממשלה וגופי חינוך שונים, כגון: משרד החינוך, משרד המדע והטכנולוגיה, המשרד לפיתוח הנגב והגליל, קדימה מדע אורט העולמי.

בעלת ניסיון רב במחקרים בינלאומיים ומעורבת רבות בפרויקטים עבור האיחוד האירופי לרבות ניהול קונסורציומים במסגרת תכנית המחקר האירופית.
